From their bustling store in the quintessential market town of Northallerton, North Yorkshire, Lewis & Cooper have built a world-renowned gourmet food emporium that continues to grow it's business online.
myCloud Media were initially approached in 2017 to start rebuilding the company's ecommerce platform. The project was complex and required the support of ERP software partners, Majestic Interactive, to help with a new back-office management system that integrated with a new consumer facing website.
After a roll-out of the project, development has continued and the retailer is now enjoying the uplift in sales in their traditional busy seasonal Christmas sales periods.
As well as supplying a range of traditional gift hampers, the site also offers a "Create Your Own" hamper service that sets Lewis & Cooper apart from other similar retailers in the online marketplace. Custom development was required to enhance this aspect of the L&C service requirements.
The integrated ERP system helps with stock planning and order processing for online customers.
A large part of the company's business also comes from corporate clients and the new systems enable the easy processing of bulk orders to multiple delivery locations.
